Whilst the Finishing Line could create a completely new handicap/points/drop system using the available keywords I do not think this strictly necessary.
We need to be able to modify systems and possibly add additional lines or delete obsolete lines. The system parameters should include some 'wild cards' which can be edited by the user. A modified parameter would result in a new instance of the system specific to he originating club.
A club specific system could be deleted if not in use.
Examples:
Modify a line
YARDSTICK AA X Y
where AA can be CT or ET and X and Y can be a number with Y being >= X
Add a line
POSITION X FINS=Y-Z * XX.XX
Or for a drop system
Drop, worst 1 in X, worst 2 in Y, worst 3 in Z, worst 4 in XX
Under the current system, handicap adjustment is specific to a division. So divisions within a club can use the same handicap system but with different parameters. eg adjust by 2% in one division and 3% in another.
